Joseph Rank House, Harlow (Otis Plc.)
Responsible for securing the major refurbishment of main 4 car group of gearless passenger lifts with Otis Elevonic 411M control systems.
Milbank Tower, London (Otis Plc.)
Responsible for securing the major refurbishment of main 4 car group of passenger lifts. Including; survey of existing lift systems and engineering a technical solution with Otis Sales Engineering, specifying and tendering scheme, liaison between Client’s representative and Otis major refurbishment construction department.
The White House, Waterloo (Otis Plc.)
Responsible for securing the major refurbishment of 4 existing top driven passenger gearless lifts to bottom drive to facilitate conversion of Shell office building to residential apartments including the addition of penthouse apartments. Including; survey of existing lift systems, review of architect’s requirements, engineering design input with Otis Sales Engineering to verify scheme, specifying and tendering scheme and pre order negotiations.
Trocadero / Segaworld (Otis Plc.)
Responsible for heading up the Otis Sales Team to negotiate the major refurbishment of all the passenger and goods lifts within the centre in addition to the overall maintenance contract for the Centre lifts, escalators and Travolators
